She went into a deep self-study mode, researching wondering why no one was training the real estate industry on this topic. Kerry repurposed all content she learned and established Green Education On Line Dot Com in 2010 and expanded her focus to train in the government and the business community. Her company has educated over 12,000 on site and online.
The Sustainability Education Series is comprised of a suite of 50 online, interactive training modules. Each of the eleven training topics in this series was delivered in (50) 15-minute modules. The company created certifications for numerous disciplines. “Green Building for Insurance Professionals” was approved in all 50 states and was offered through a 3rd party provider to over 2,500 insurance professionals.
Kerry was also a Broker Associate in 2003 who managed 13 agents, and support staff in 2 real estate offices for Bosshardt Realty in Sarasota and Ellenton, Florida. She personally produced $100+ million in sales through close to 600 successful transactions in her career. She has always cared deeply for people and their paths in life as she also has extensive experience as a successful executive recruiter for 12 years, leading her offices each year in production and new client development.
